PIC32CZ8110CA80208-I/8MX-SL3 is a PIC32CZ CA80 family high-performance cortex-M7 MCU for HSM. It is a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 family with up to 4Mb flash, 1Mb of SRAM, and tightly coupled memory (TCM) all with ECC. Connectivity options range from standard serial communications (UART, USART, SPI, I2C, etc.,) to I²S, CAN FD, and 10/100/1000 ethernet. Advanced analogue includes a 4.6875Msps 12bit ADC and peripheral touch controller. It offers an HSM with Secure Storage. Supported by MPLAB X IDE, and MPLAB® Harmony.
