Off-the-shelf (OTS) DuraClik ISL single row (SR) tin (Sn) discrete wire cable assemblies deliver up to 3A and a variety of circuit sizes to facilitate both prototyping and global preproduction. It features independent secondary lock (ISL) which detects incomplete terminal insertion which provides up to 50N o terminal retention force and helps position terminals while meeting stringent automotive requirements. Wide solder tabs designed and tested to meet Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) automotive vibration standards. Provide secure PCB retention that can withstand an upward pull force of 100N (10kgf) to meet automotive vibration requirements. Inner positive lock provides secure mating and space savings and helps prevents latch breakage from wire tangling. Applications include automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer and industrial automation. Mates with DuraClik right-angle header 502352 and DuraClik vertical header 560020.
