74AHC1GU04GW,125 is a single unbuffered inverter. This device inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translators in mixed voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- High noise immunity, CMOS low power dissipation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Symmetrical output impedance, overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 5.5V
- Input leakage current is 2μA maximum at (VI = 5.5V or GND; VCC = 0V to 5.5V)
- Supply current is 40μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 5.5V)
- Input capacitance is 10pF maximum at (-40°C to +125°C)
- Propagation delay is 10ns maximum at (CL = 15pF, -40°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- TSSOP5 package
