BGU7044,115 is a 1GHz wideband low-noise amplifier. This is a MMIC is a 3.3V wideband amplifier with internal biasing. It is designed specifically for high linearity, low-noise applications over a frequency range of 40MHz to 1GHz. It is especially suited for set-top box applications. The LNA is housed in a 6-pin SOT363 plastic SMD package. Applications include terrestrial silicon and cable set-top boxes (STB), silicon and can tuners, personal video recorders (PVR) and digital video recorders (DVR), home networking and in-house signal distribution.

• Flat gain between 40MHz and 1GHz, noise figure of 2.8dB
• High linearity with an IP3O of 29dBm
• 75ohm input and output impedance
• ESD protection <gt/> 2KV human body model (HBM) and <gt/> 1.5KV charged device model (CDM) on all pins
• Supply voltage range from 3.1V to 3.5V (RF input AC coupled)
• Ambient temperature range from -40 to +85°C
• Output power at 1dB gain compression (1GHz) is 13dBm
