产品概述
NCV7031D1G020R2G is a high voltage, automotive qualified, current sense amplifier. It consists of a preamplifier and buffer with access to output and input via A1 and A2 pins for an intermediate filter network or modified gain. It can perform unidirectional current measurements across a sense resistor in a variety of applications. Typical applications include telecom equipment, power supply designs, diesel injection control, automotive and motor control.
- Bandwidth is 100kHz typ at VS=5V, TA=+25°C, VCM=12V, RL ≥ 10kohm
- Input offset voltage is 300µV max at 25°C temperature
- Input offset voltage drift over temperature is ±3µV/°C max at -40 to 125°C temperature
- Gain error is ±0.3% max at -40 to 125°C temperature
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V
- Common mode rejection ratio is 85dB min at -40 to 150°C temperature, VCM=-6 to 80V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 75dB min at -40 to 150°C temperature
- Quiescent current is 1.5mA typ at 25°C temperature
- SOIC-8 package
- Ambient temperature range from -40 to 150°C
