产品概述
LMR1901YG-MTR is an automotive ultra-low power, low offset voltage rail-to-rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. It is suitable for battery-powered equipment, portable equipment, and sensor amplifiers. It is used in applications such as battery-powered equipment, portable equipment, sensor amplifiers, car navigation systems, car audio, current monitoring amplifiers, human detection sensor amplifiers, gas sensor amplifiers, and photodiode amplifiers.
- Nano Energy™ integrated OPAMP, AEC-Q100 qualified
- Ultra-low supply current, low input offset voltage
- Rail-to-rail input/output, single supply voltage is 3V typical
- Input offset voltage is 0.01mV typical at (VS = 3V, VSS = 0V, VICM = 1.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage temperature drift is 0.6μV/°C typ at (VS = 3V, VSS = 0V, VICM = 1.5V)
- Input bias current is 0.5pA typical at (VS = 3V, VSS = 0V, VICM = 1.5V, Ta = 25°C)
