TLR377GYZ-E2 is an ultra small package and high precision rail-to-rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. This product features low input offset voltage, low noise and low input bias current. It is suitable for equipment operating from battery power and using sensors that an amplifier. Application includes battery-powered equipment, current monitoring amplifier, ADC front ends, buffer amplifier, photodiode amplifiers, sensor amplifiers, smart phone, IoT equipment.

- Input offset voltage is 0.1mV typ (no load, absolute value, Ta=25°C)
- Input-referred noise voltage density is 50nV/√Hz typ (f=10Hz, Ta=25°C)
- Input bias current is 0.5pA typ (VS=5V, Ta=25°C, 2V/μs typ slew rate (CL=25pF, Ta=25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5V, ±0.90 to ±2.75V
- Supply current is 585μA typ (No load, G=0dB, Ta=25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz typ (G=40dB, CL=25pF, Ta=25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 100dB typ (VS=5V, Ta=25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 95dB typ (VS=5V, Ta=25°C)
- YCSP30L1 (6-pin) package, operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C
