C8051F301-GMR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. The MCU offers 8KB flash, 0.25KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 3 x 16bit timers in a 3x3 mm, QFN11 package. On-chip analogue features include a - ADC and 1 comparator. With on-chip Power-On reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, and a ±2 internal oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control, and optical communications.
