LM27313XMF/NOPB

The LM27313XMF/NOPB is an adjustable output boost converter with 30V internal FET switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The use of SOT-23 package is made possible by minimal losses of the 800mA switch, small inductors and capacitors result in extremely high power density. The 30V internal switch makes this solution perfect for boosting to voltages of 5V to 28V. LM27313 has a logic level shut down pin that can be used to reduce quiescent current and extend battery life. Protection is provided through cycle by cycle current limiting and thermal shut down. Internal compensation simplifies design and reduces component count.
