TCR3LM08A,RF(T is a TCR3LM series low quiescent current, CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low quiescent current. It features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and auto discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 0.47μF can be used with the device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. The application includes power IC developed for portable applications.

• 0.8V operating voltage, input voltage range from 1.4 to 5.5V
• Low quiescent current is 1.2μA typical (IOUT = 0mA, VIN = 5.5V, Tj = 25°C)
• High ripple rejection ratio, fast load transient response
• Low dropout voltage, wide range output voltage line up
