AD7660ASTZ

AD7660 is a 16bit, 100kSPS PulSAR®, charge redistribution SAR, analogue-to-digital converter that operates from a single 5V power supply. The part contains an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. This is hardware factory-calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure ac parameters such as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD), in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset, and linearity. Application includes data acquisition, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA, instrumentation automatic test equipment, scanners, medical instruments, process control.

• Operating input voltage range from –0.1 to +3V (VIN, fIN=10KHz, -40°C to +85°C, AVDD=DVDD=5V)
• Both AC and DC specifications, no pipeline delay
• Typ power dissipation is 21mW (100kSPS throughput, tested in parallel reading mode, -40 to +85°C)
• Typical power dissipation is 21µW (100SPS throughput, -40 to +85°C)
• Typical input bandwidth -3dB is 820KHz (-40 to +85°C, AVDD=DVDD=5V)
