ADG5421 is a high voltage latch-up proof, dual SPST switch. It is a monolithic industrial, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue switch containing two independent latch-up immune single pole switch. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion is critical. The latch-up immune construction and high ESD rating make this switch more robust in harsh environments. Application includes high voltage signal routing, automatic test equipment, analogue front-end circuits, precision data acquisition, industrial instrumentation amplifier gain select, relay replacement.

• Typical -3dB bandwidth is 250MHz (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, 25°C)
• Typical off Isolation is -55dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, 25°C)
