ADM7150ACPZ-4.5-R7

ADM7150ACPZ-4.5-R7 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 4.5V to 16V and provides up to 800mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection (>90dB from 1KHz to 1MHz), ultralow output noise (<1.7nV√Hz), and achieves excellent line and load transient response with a 10µF ceramic output capacitor. Applications include regulated power noise sensitive applications RF mixers, phase-locked loops (PLLs), voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), and PLLs with integrated VCOs, communications and infrastructure, cable digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) drivers, backhaul and microwave links.

• Operating supply current is 4.3mA typical at (IOUT = 0µA, TA = 25°C)
• Shutdown current is 0.1µA typical at (VEN = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Output noise is 1.6µV rms typical at (10Hz to 100KHz, TA = 25°C)
• Noise spectral density is 1.7nV/√Hz typical at (10KHz to 1MHz, TA = 25°C)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 86dB typical at (1KHz to 100KHz, VIN = 6.2V, VOUT = 5V at 800mA)
• Vout voltage accuracy is +1% maximum at (IOUT = 10mA, TJ = 25°C)
• Dropout voltage is 0.3V typical at (IOUT = 400mA, VOUT = 5V, TJ = 25°C)
• 4.5V output voltage, undervoltage hysteresis is 240mV typical at (TJ = 25°C)
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead LFCSP-WD package
