The MAX6363LUT29+T is a low power microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit with battery backup in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This supervisory circuit reduces the complexity and number of components required for power supply monitoring and battery control functions in microprocessor (µP) systems. The circuit significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to that obtainable with separate ICs or discrete components. Ideally used at computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical µP/µC, power monitoring, fax machines, industrial control, POS equipment, portable/battery-powered equipment.
- Operating voltage range from 0V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 2.93V reset threshold
- Precision monitoring of +5V, +3.3V, +3V and +2.5V power supply voltages
- Battery-on output indicator
- Push-pull RESET (active-low) output structure
- RESET/RESET (active-low) valid down to 1.2V guaranteed (VCC or VBATT)
- Power supply transient immunity
- 150ms (min) reset timeout period
